Talk to Neuro Physician on Brain TB +Spinal TB

my wife was diagnosed with Tuberclosis mengitis by analysis Her CSF and Geneexpert and and AfB culture and Continued her ATT as Myrin P forte since june due to optic Neuritis her ATT was Modified and Ethambutol was removed and Leflox 750MG ONCE a day was added .Despite on ATT she developed Spinal TB due to which very Low power 2/5 in lower was operated for abbses in spine in August after her surgery she hasnt improves well her week ness in lower limb is still 2/5. and Recent MRI studies also been attached. my Question: 1)which dr speciality to Follow and if any Name kindly . 2) Despite on ATT why her desease is expanding. 3) Your views on Recent MRI. thanks
