Talk to Neuro Physician on Cant Feel His Face' Head And Neck
Asking for Other, Male, 24 years old, Karachi
Aoa, help required! Asking on behalf of my friend.
Since 1 year he is saying that he can't feel his face head and neck and since 2 days he is feeling vibration ( electric shock like pain ) in body after every 5 mins. He has done all of his tests like MRI brain, heart Echo, Tsh, and all the blood tests. All are clear. Age: 24
Kindly tell what could be the reason?

Dear concernd. Sensory supply of face is through trigeminal nerve ( 5th nerve) any problem in territory of 5th nerve presents with the symptoms u just narrated. If all the investigations are normal , most probable diagnoses is trigeminal neuralgia , which is treatableFor further details pt examination is required. Thanks
What is the reason that your friend can’t seek help himself? A complaint of loss of sensation over the whole of face is not anatomically possible.
