Talk to Neuro Physician on Dementia Patient

Assalamoaleikum Dr my father is dementia patient for last 4 years almost the symptoms start occurring.... Last year he had a heart attack and after his angioplasty his dementia became more progressive. Now the condition is that he even doesn't remember us nor my mother. His memory seems sometimes he can recognise everyone but very next while he forgot..... Please suggest what to Di.....
