Dear Doctor,
I’m reaching out because I’ve been experiencing intense and persistent symptoms that feel neurological in nature and are greatly affecting my ability to function. I am genuinely concerned that this is more than just general anxiety, and I’d like a thorough evaluation and understanding of what’s happening. Background:
I underwent IVF treatment, and my egg retrieval was in February 2025 (I have just undergone the egg retrieval process, waiting to feel better so I can go for the transfers)
After the process, I went through a significant hormonal crash.
Since then, my body and nervous system have not been the same.
I’ve now had two natural periods post-IVF, and while my hormones are slowly balancing, I’m experiencing deep nervous system dysregulation that is becoming unmanageable. When It Started: The more intense symptoms began about 2 months ago, shortly after the IVF process and hormone withdrawal.
Initially, I was having:

Shortness of breath

Thanks you so much for saying this, I'm just sick and tired of doctors naming it just anxiety, I have clearly told my doctors here in USA that I don't want to be on the anxiety meds period. I want something that can calm my nervous system down. I have no idea why I am having these heart palpitations, especially when I eat and when I am about to sleep. My pcp gave me lorazepam and the way it sedated my body made my mind more anxious. My EKG, ECHO, & Stress test came out just fine (I am still waiting for the results of the holter monitor)

Every time I click on marham.com, it says this domain is parked at gold name. Inc (It doesn't let me book the appointment) anyhow, money isn't the issue for me. it's just $5 for me. I can transfer you the money, idk how long they (IT department) will take to fix that issue. my WhatsApp is +042-34500888, (If you can WhatsApp me.
