Talk to Neuro Physician on Foot Ankle Pain And Inflammation

My sister is facing mysethenia gravis disease in which some times she feels Neuro muscular problem her eye lids, down ,jaws suddenly pain etc since 2 years, due to this she is taking medicines(deltacortil, Amygra, Amorin and other nutritionist supplements.) Currently almost 10 days she is facing Right Foot Ankle pain and inflammation , she take's voltral sr100 tablet but there is no any improvment, her recent medical test reports Cbc,esr, crp,urine re lft rfp are normal only neutrophils are some disturb and doctor said there is some infection in blood. kindly let me know any suitable urgent solution.
