I have tremors in hand i have done all test thyroid report is ok, vitamin D is 95, now i have tested for vitamin b12 and attaching report of it.

Tremor has nothing to do with vitamin deficiency but these days drug companies have spread a strong myth and every illness is being attributed to various vitamin deficiencies. Kindly make a video of your tremor and send it to me for analysis. Most likely cause for tremor at your age would be familial essential tremor. Other causes are cerebellar intention tremor or Parkinsonian tremor. Thyrotoxicosis also needs to be ruled out.
