Talk to Neuro Physician on Head Circumference

Asalam o alikum I wanted to know about my was born at 37th week ,2.2kg but didnt required to be put on incubator hc was 37 at increased really fast and now its 46 at pediatrician got his brain ultrasound done at 4months and it came out stil hes concerned as according to him his hc is that of a year old ..I want to ask if I shud go for other workup?hes Alhumdulillah achieving his milestones v active thyroid levels werr checked shrtly after birth and came out height also falls at 80th percentile and headcircum is 89th perc(according to my knwledge as I m a medical student).his father has a big head too and so his should I do please ,my first child theres no history of ny blood,neurological disease in our family
