I'm 18. i have a severe headache from last two days. pain is only at forehead region. Pain is so severe that I cannot even study or suggest me what should i do?

i have just checked my eyesight from dr nasrulla and just changed my glasses. I'm also sleeping for 8 hours at least. I'm in 12th standard pre med and my mum says it might be due to stress of studies

there is a history of headache. mujh last time yeh severe headache November me hoa tha or woh suddenly 2 days baad finish ho gya tha. i don't know what's wrong with my head. Even a little loud voice can cause me headache
