AOA, mujhe kafi time se ajeeb sa headache/pressure feel hota ha top of head ma aisa feel hota ha jese head ke sides se koi squeeze kar raha ho top ki taraf or pulsation bhi feel hoti ha top pe or forehead pe bhi pressure sa feel ho rha hota ha, jab pillow pe sar rakhu tou aisay feell hota ha jese koi push kr rha forehead se neeche ki taraf. Dizziness bhi feel hoti ha, tingling bhi hoti ha. Pata nahi ajeeb si feeling hoti specifically describe ma shayad na kar pa rha hu or kisi tablet panadol waghera se bhi sahi nh hoti halat. plz help regarding this
