I have been experiencing severe dizziness for the past two weeks. The first time it happened, even while lying down, my head felt like it was spinning, and I also vomited now it has happened a second time and this time there was no vomiting, but my head suddenly starts spinning a lot. It happens whether I am lying down or sitting, no matter what I do. I have also had cervical and lumbar pain before. I don’t understand what is causing this dizziness.
