Talk to Neuro Physician on Headache In Upper Neck

Okay so 3 days ago, I had severe pain in my back head like the part above the neck and behind the right ear, like the area where head is bend downwards. It continued for like 2 days. And again today after 1 day, I had this pain while sleeping. Almost at the end of head. Idk if its some kind of muscle strain or what. Kindly help me diagnose this and any suggestions too.

There are many factors causing such aches or pain. You need to get your eyesight checked, BP, use of stiff or high pillow. casetaking is necessary to ruleout other health conditions. Better to get an appointment for further consultation. Thanks

Sleeping schedule is actually too fluctuating. Like sometimes I sleep for 7 8 hours and some days it's 2 3 hours.
