Talk to Neuro Physician on Headache Or Migraine

I have had a severe headache for about 6 days. It started around the same time as a sore throat and fever. The headache is mainly on the left side of my head and around my left eye. Initially, it was extremely severe and lasted throughout the day. It becomes particularly severe when I wake up or get up from sleeping. Sometimes it improves for part of the day but then becomes severe again. The pain has not completely resolved. I have taken 4 Panadol Extra tablets over the last 2 days. I would like to know whether this could be migraine or another type of headache and whether I need further examination or treatment.
