Asking for Self, Male, 36 years old, Dadu
Actually problem with Lambur spine, L5-S1 disc compressed and hit the traversing Nerve on the left side, pain in left leg not so severe but surviving from 2 months. I do MRI and doctor advised me for surgery but I am scared. Can you suggest me what should I do sir is this problem fixed with physiotherapy or with chiropractic??
