This looks like a familial essential tremor. Usually this is only present in hands but can also affect chin when it is called titubation. It will vanish during sleep and becomes more pronounced when the patient is anxious. The treatment is with a beta blocker drug Propranolol ( Inderal) but it should only be administered under medical supervision.
