Aslam u Alaikum dr, I,m unmarried, experiencing loss of nerve sensitivity and sensations ,also suffering from severe hormonal imbalance,PCOS,and anxiety . What could be the possible causes and is there any treatment?

two years ago ,I took medication for PCOS like( Yaz ) and some others ,but it didn't help .A year ago I also took medication for OCD . which made me feel extremely low energy and caused severe dizziness..
