Talk to Neuro Physician on Memory Loss

My Memory was never good but In the last couple of years, it has gotten so much worse. I can't memorize anything easily even if I do I forget it in blinks. I am aware that forgetting in routine is something normal but I even forget big events as a whole like it never happened even friends try to recall them for me. I have no accident or incident haistory. Pls guid me what should i do . I am tense about it. Thanks
