Talk to Neuro Physician on Memory Loss And Act Confuse

my father in law who is 80 having some behaviour changes from last couple of years he sometimes acts absolutely fine and sometimes acts confuse says he doesn't know why it happened like peeing in pants waking other people from sleep and asking random questions. he also repeats things please see his MRI REPORT and advise if it's Alzheimer's or dementia and what could be done to help him. thanks
