Assalam o alikum. meri mother ko dimagh main awazain sunayi deti hain hr waqt, jaise koi machine chal rahi ho.. is baat ko 1 week se ziada time hogya hai. unki neend or overall mental health is se buht disturb horahi hai. plz guide krdain k hamain kya krna chaye. yeh ziada serious issue tou nahi hai ?
