Talk to Neuro Physician on Neck And Back Pain.

I am having severe back and neck pain since last aggravates while sitting, travelling and mobile/laptop to orthopaedic surgeon and neurologist;Both prescribed mucle relaxant along with pain killers and vitamin D supplements.X-ray of spine showed following findings osteophytes formation from c4-c6 prominent transverse process of c7 iii. Straightening of lumber lardosis due to muscle spasm. Pain aggravates whenever I work on laptop or travel for 10-15 minutes.I has to travel every week for 20 hours. kindly suggest me treatment.
