Talk to Neuro Physician on Neck Pain

Hi! For a few days for now I have this back neck pain (mostly one left side) when I wake up in the morning. first I thought it was due to some neck position or something under my neck while sleeping that my muscle got pulled. then when it continued I thought its due to pillow. have tried three different styles of pillows but still getting the pain. the pain starts slightly on left side of back of muscle where hair line starts. and then it starts paining even while moving it in any directions
