father 70 years old go through bypass surgery 3 month back we conduct creatine test many time after surgery which is in range and EGFR 54 and urine albumin creatinine ratio 114 our respected doctor increase sugar medicine Xiga 5mg to 10 mg and not add any other extra kidney medicine plz suggest ur 2nd opinion
