Nerves Pain All Over Body

Question

My mother is a cardiac patient and had open heart surgery in 2009. She is complaining these days that her nerves are in pain of complete body. 1 particular finger of her hand keeps swelling after a day or 2. Need an opinion for any tablet which can reduce neuropathic pain in her body.

Current tablets : warfarin, ezzyday 50 mg, lassic 20 mg.

well
tht INR Is quite high with warfarin , need to see ur cardiologist for that.
secondly , start this tablet :
Tab lingab 75 mg one tab at night
Tab Bacefol one tab two times a day.
