Talk to Neuro Physician on Neuro / Weakness ?

Aslamualekum, I have been facing few symptoms for last 2 months. I just want to know if someone could tell me what it belongs to and also suggest me type of doctor I need to checkup with like Neurophysician or neurologist etc. I have following symtoms. of Muscles/veins under the jaw. and irritating back of neck. 3.I can hear the sound of blood passage to brain in my right ear about 2-3 times a day. it feels that my back of head the area above the left ear has swelled or pressurize. This happens frequently and goes away with in few mins. 5. If I don't sleep enough it becomes realy hard for me to continue any routine work. Like my brain says to sleep but my body doesn't want it.

Can anyone guide me please.
