Neurology Issue

Question

My sister age 39 had sudden momentary loss of vision with dizziness. What can be possible reasons for that. She is married with one child just 2 years old. SHE is under immense stress for many years due to work/job related and domestic factors are almost unavoidable. What medications does she need. Any tests needed. Few months ago she had sudden severe arm pain. She was taken to cardiology hospital and tests showed normal heart activity

well that seems to be anxiety induced symptoms, being stressors positive .
just strt with :
tab prolexa 10 mg daily one tablet .
tab inderal 40 mg, half tablet two times a day for good one week . ( only if she is not asthmatic) .

loss of vision needs to b probed further , as it was painful or painless and after how much time she regained her vision.
