my grandmother is having severe mental issue since last night, wo 4-5 sal se aik doctor ki prescribed medicine le rahi thien, 2 din pehly aik aur doctor ne un ki sb medicines band kr k new medicines prescribe kr di, so kal se wo mentally unstable hen, ajeeb ajeeb baten kr rahi hen, slurred speech state me hen, us k bad jb unko unki purani medicine di hen to ab wo soty hue jhatky le rahi hen? why this is so? what should we do right now?

first of all
tell me about the med she was taking from 4 to 5 years and new prescribed medicine.
seems to b drug induced psychosis probably steroids or antipsychotics.
get her CT brain , serum electrolytes and serum calcium levels done.
stop her regiven medicine .
get her inj diazepam stat dose to calm her down, even if she is having epileptic ( MIRGI ) attack.
