I am an IT person so that my screen time in more then 10 hours sometimes after getting free from using screens I feel very severe pain behind eyebrows and in different parts of head kinda migraine, the pain is too much I have to put some ice cubes on eyebrows and sleep but sleeping does not fix it
kindly reduce ur screen time
make sure 8 hours sleep
and use medicine painkillers for the migraine
