My father is diabetic patient from last 10 years. Initially he just control his diet but now taking tablet once in a day for diabetis. he is suffering from pain in lower and upper legs, lower back and thigh. doctor suggest him medicine for nerve damage but of no use. what could be the please suggest suitable diet for him

Pain in the legs can be due to a variety of causes in a diabetic.it can be a painful neuropathy, or multiple nerves involved in mononeuritis multiplex, or radiating pain from a herniated disc in the lumbar spine.
