Talk to Neuro Physician on Paralysis Right Side

Aslam o alkeum, dear sir/madam my father is suffering from paralysis right side causes by high BP, now CT scan shows small spot of vein damage and soon will be recovered with help of physiotherapy and advice single dose of sofvasic 10mg tablet OD, my query is , how much take time to be recovered from paralysis situation to normal ? bp remains in the domain from 160/100 to 135/90 , with sofvasic tablet , should I change bp tablet?
