My wife is suffering from above ailment since 2013 and has been talking Stalevo ( Levadopa 100, Carbidopa 25, Entacapone 200) and Sifrol 0.18 mg. These medicines were freely available in Saudi Arabia. Since we moved to Pakistan two and a half years ago local doctor substituted Paridopa for Stalevo and Pexola 0.25 mg. for Sifrol. Now Paridopa is available here in Kauser Medicos but Pexola is not available since last one and a half months. Is it possible for you to get it from it's manufacturer Boehringer Ingelheim?

If Pexola( pramipexol) is not available your doctor might consider Ropinirole. Both of these drugs are dopamine agonists and only taken under medical supervision. Neither is started or discontinued suddenly
