Persistent Headache & Insomnia

Question

Assalam u Alikum, 
To all respected Neurologist/Neurophysician, 
Kindly comment and suggest as persistent headache and insomnia condition is being observed from the last 10 days, checked with Neurologist - recommended MRI (Brain). 
Report is attached

Treatment option (for 10 days) 
Tab escitalopram 5mg OD (increased to 1.5 tabs) if not resolved, add Tab Rivotril 0.5mg (half tab) 
Cap Celbex 100mg (BD) 
Tab Deltacortil 5mg (4 tabs) BD for 5 days followed by 2 tabs for 5 days more
Cap Ruling 20mg (OD)

If there is any home remedy or precautions to adopt / follow,
