Assalamualaikum, My brother is autistic, he was diagnosed with autism in Children's Hospital when he was 5. We had his reports back then but now we require a medical report stating that he is autistic for providing some official documents in Qatar as we are moving here now. Kindly let me know if you could provide one. Thanks.
is absolutely impossible to give any kind of report without examining patient. It is a crime in fact. If you have any contact with the doctor who examined him in children hospital, then he may write it for you. Regards
