Sir i am having severe migraine aince few years Pehle km hota hai month mein ek do bar but ab hr week hota hai or khyl na krun khane peene ka to daily hojata hai but ek bar to severe hota hi hai k medicines se bhi thek nhi hota phr toradaol ya meradol injection lgwana prta hai phr thek hota hai Chocolate se hojata hai, milk shake se, candies se, chips se, cold drink se, fast food se , ya koi bhi meethi chez khane ya kuch spicy khane se also i am having stomach ulcer kuch bhi spicy kha nhi skti stomach mein inflammation start hojati hai or phr migraine hojata hai eyes mein boht zyada pain hota hai light bilkul bhi brdasht nahi hoti or sound se bhi problem hoti hai nausea bhi feel hota hai What should i do ? Please suggest any neuro physician in karachi?

Sir when i consult a neurologist he give medicines like amtec , sibelium, xiobix is se thora sa fark para tha then after 4 months he change my medicine he prescribe me hitop and xiobix but by taking medicine mograine is increasing day by day
Then i change my dr he give me inderal , naproxen this medicine works only for sometime

you can consult me if you want. migraine is usually manageable with proper treatment. sometimes one or two medicine trials don't work as well, then we can change the medicine. and the other important thing is to establish the diagnosis. if it is actually not migraine then it will not get better with migraine treatment, some other headaches mimic migraine like attacks.
