Talk to Neuro Physician on Sleeping Issue Not Get In Deep Sleep

I have sleep issue from at least 5 years. I checked many doctors in Dubai as well here in uk .. doctors give me amirtriptyline tablet I ate it 6 months it’s improved my migraine and sleep like 70 percent .. but it’s increase my weight so I had to stop it .. like 2 or 3 days continuously i can’t sleep and my Bp goes up and severe body pain legs pain due to lack of sleep.. I daily do 10000 steps. I tried every thing which doctor told me to do .. I have thyroid issues but I am taking that medicine so it’s normal now.. I has or had no anxiety or depression isssue I am very happy person I want to some good in my life but this sleep issue I event can’t pray properly because of fatigue…. I have two kids boys and I want to get pregnant again but afraid of this sleep issue please guide me
