Talk to Neuro Physician on Suspected Chordoma In Lower Back

DEAR Doctor As you know my age 67 + i have been with problem in extreme level of pain in myhip and both legs and iam unable to sit like normal people sit and cant even slep staright in bed , i have to sleep on either side on right or left , cant take food sittingly should lay on bed on one side and then take food now it has become worst cant even control my urine it gets out in pants that moment i take water and having the severe isssue of stool over the years as i cant stool easily its gets very hard to stool and for that just have to take caster oil or medicine , Now after severe problem i undergone for MRI and CT Scan it is suspected that it is chordoma in my lower back and they have suggested operation, is there any otther way that i acn be treated over medicine for further details im attaching my MRI AND CT Scan reports .
