Talk to Neuro Physician on Tingling On Top Of Head

I usually feel tingling sensation on top of head with pressure and when i walk i feel woozy like i am going to faint or fall down plz help
Tingling or pins and needles in an upper or lower limb is known as paraesthesia and it indicates irritation or pressure on a major nerve or it’s branch. However tingling in scalp or top of head means no such thing. It merely indicates a heightened state of perception which is present when we are anxious. Wooziness or light headedness on standing is caused by a fall of blood pressure when we stand. This can happen in an elderly person particularly when they are taking blood pressure medication or when they are dehydrated. If you are young and have no other health issues then the tingling and light headedness is a common symptom of anxiety.
