Tinitus/vertigo

Question

Salam 
Iam suffering from Tinitus since many  ear rings 24/7 and I can\'t sleep normally.
When ring get high I feel myself dis balance and every thing is spinning around me 
Some time I vomit in this condition 
Is this really a Tinitus or something else?

Do you feel headache or neck stiffness?

is there any loss of hearing? any numbness of the face? pitch of tinnitus high pitch or low pitch any weakness of the face although it need evaluation to reach to the conclusion but MRI brain with and without contrast will exclude neurosurgical causes.
