Talk to Neuro Physician on Tinnitus And Brain Shocks

I have had tinnitus for 2+ years, but it has recently become much worse. The high-pitched noise is extremely loud, even during the day, sometimes feels painful in my ears and head, and repeatedly wakes me from deep sleep. I also experience sudden electric-shock-like sensations inside my brain during sleep, sometimes accompanied by head jerking. These episodes can happen multiple times and wake me up. Additionally, when I close my eyes at night, I see strange colours, abstract shapes, and patterns. I am concerned because these symptoms are becoming more intense and are disturbing my sleep. I would like to understand whether these symptoms could be related to one another or whether they might indicate separate ear, neurological, or sleep-related conditions.
