Talk to Neuro Physician on Tinnitus And Jerks

I have been experiencing tinnitus for the past 2 years, which sometimes becomes so severe at night that it wakes me up and makes it difficult to sleep. I also experience strange electric shock-like sensations inside my head at night, followed by involuntary head jerks. These episodes occur almost every other week and are becoming concerning. I would like to know what could be causing these symptoms, whether they might be related, and whether I should undergo any specific tests?
