Asking for Someone Else, Other, Female, 30 years old, Lower Dir
The patient has had a chronic headache problem for the past several years. A few days ago, due to a severe emotional shock, the headache suddenly increased significantly. In this situation, for the past 4 days, the patient started taking only the first two types of tablets from an old prescription (dated 12/10/2020, which has been uploaded here)—namely Nise and Flux 20. Furthermore, last night the patient took two puffs of cannabis, after which the headache intensified even more the next morning. Now the patient is unable to understand whether this sudden increase in the headache is due to the medications from the old prescription or due to the reaction from the cannabis. Kindly guide what should be done in this situation and whether the medications should be stopped?
