Talk to Neuro Physician on Tremors Arrhythmia Plzz Tag Neurologist

Asslamualikum I have a history of chest pain palpations and breath shortness I have ecg 5 times all normal Echo normal holter test Shows arrhythmia but doctor said it’s not so much problem (reports in comment) bcz reports in russian translation is in comment ETT is negative( though stopped due to dyspnea) pulmonary test also normal CXR is normal Cb1ac is also normal CBC shows increase lymphocytes 45 but doctor said nothing to woory my thyroid ultrasound shows nodules but my thyroid profile is normal checked by ent and said it’s normal so doctor said there is nothing with heart and lungs he prescribed me Propanolol which helps a little palpations becomes rare from but from last 3 days I am having headache and internal tremors vibrations inside Body at rest only what should I do next
