Asalam o Alaikum,,My nephew is 5 mnths nd 23 days is suffering from epilepsy (west syndrome).He vomits medicines nd not uses of medicines he is not responding well nd looks like he is in dizziness all the time. I want to ask that: will he digest the medicine properly? this disease curable? is the further procedure of treatment? Koi khtry ki bt to ni h?I am attaching the reply my r very worried.

Most important is the correct diagnosis.
Further treatment would depend upon the diagnostic work up.

If your child is diagnosed as West syndrome then treatment is prolonged. The cause of vomitting can not be known for sure unless a child is fully examined.
There are many causes for this including sone drug effect.
For proper diagnoses MRI brain , EEG , Blood tests are needed.
For now this is important that his fits are controlled. Other things are dealt after seizure controle.
