Asalam o Alaikum,,My nephew is 5 mnths nd 23 days old.He is suffering from epilepsy (west syndrome).He vomits medicines nd not digest.After uses of medicines he is not responding well nd looks like he is in dizziness all the time. I want to ask that: 1.How will he digest the medicine properly? 2.Is this disease curable? 3.What is the further procedure of treatment? Koi khtry ki bt to ni h?I am attaching the reports.Please reply my queries.we r very worried.

If your child is diagnosed as West syndrome then treatment is prolonged. The cause of vomitting can not be known for sure unless a child is fully examined.
There are many causes for this including sone drug effect.
For proper diagnoses MRI brain , EEG , Blood tests are needed.
For now this is important that his fits are controlled. Other things are dealt after seizure controle.
