Talk to Neuro Surgeon on Brain Surgery Menginoma

My mother had a recent surgery to remove a large menginoma from her left frontal lobe that caused a midline shift in excess of 12mm. It’s been around 4 weeks I note she sometimes gets completely exhausted and starts repeating things example to get her water while she has drunk it already. She is currently taking only anti seizure medicine and vitamins. Is this routine part of recovery or what can we do as carers?
