Enlarged Cisterna Magna is mostly a Congenital Abnormality in Differential diagnosis of Dandy walker Malformation. In this 40year Male on CT Scan Brain Plain there is a Hypodense Area in Post Fossa . This is most probably ARACHNOID CYST We have to Further Confirm this finding on MRI BRAIN with IV Contrast.
what is primary complain of patient.as it can be incidental finding and if causing no complain then can be kept on observation
