Talk to Neuro Surgeon on Confirmed Diagnosis About Having Tumor Or Not

I am suffering from severe symptoms on the left side of my head and face and I would be very grateful for your guidance. My symptoms include: • Severe pain in left side of head • Left eye swelling and redness • Left eye appears bigger than the right eye (this was not present before) • Eye twitching • Left side face stretching, especially lips pulling/stretching • Severe pain in left ear • Dizziness • Vomiting

History: My symptoms first started in winter 2024 with only facial stretching (no pain at that time). Doctors said it was muscle weakness and prescribed medicines (like Deltacortil). Throughout the year, symptoms would improve and worsen intermittently. However, since December 2025, my condition has worsened significantly with severe pain and all the symptoms mentioned above. Investigations: MRI and CT scans were done. Some doctors said it is a facial schwannoma (about 3 cm tumor). Others suggested cholesteatoma or glomus tumor. There is no confirmed diagnosis yet,
