my friend was working in kitchen suddenly heavy non stick dishes fall on her head, she has many gomra in her head. At first there was bleeding after that there is pain, heaviness. it's been 2 days. she's taking panadol and applying polyfax. where should she go to emergency room or neurologist? and kindly prescribed medication.
If her conscious level is ok and she is walking and eatng properly with no fever.
Then just apply polyfax and take panadol if pain occur.
But if she has contious severe headache, vomitings or fever then show it to neurosurgeon for CT brain plain.
is she having vertigo or vomiting?
if not, then she should only take panadol 2 tab twice daily for 3-5 days.
if 2 days are gone and she is ok with mild headache then take panadol 2 tqbs two to three times per day and relex
is theire any vomiting r fits r any altered sensorium??
get yourself a checkup from a neurosurgeon
heavy object fall should not be ignored
hopefully every thing would be fine
