Neurosurgeons Plz Help.

Question

I started Paramox (paroxetine) 20mg yesterday morning, but it caused me nausea till morning i took it again and it is same nausea guide me should i change the dosage?? because my Neuro isn't available till next week....

Try to tKe it empty stomach and take it with syrup Pelton V 2tsf Tds
F you still feel vomiting with it then you need to change it

Thanks for Asking question. It's better to stop this medicine and once your consultant arrives please consult him again for dose adjustment.
You can take table gravinate one tablet when you feel nausea.

In opinion you can consult your Attending doctor to reduce the dosage of paroxitine . As Paromax 12.5 mg CR  ( controlled Release )  is also available.  But your Doctor is best judge what dosage is required for you .
