right side weaknesses means left cerebral infarction and left side is dominant for speaking so if weakness is improved it means that infarction is small there is possiblility of speech recovery but need to do speech therapy will take time at least a year.
A person should start taking speech therapy that will be quick effective & will be better soon maximum it will take almost a year or less so butt it should be start soon
