Talk to Neuro Surgeon on Paralysis (Part2)

So now 2 yrs my abu is bed ridden, physiotherapist comes at home, male nurse comes for bed sores banadge which are small and sometimes all recovered and started new.Kindly give some piece of advice where should we go,to whom we can ask for help.His legs are totally freeze,no sensation.He doesnt feel passing urine or stool.My mother is looking after him.as she is also diabetic.Please suggest us.i have attached before and after MRi in previous post..
