MRI Brain hows basal enhancing nodules... this is likely due to tuberculosis (TB) of brain, probably tb of spine which has caused weakness in both legs.... If you have your biopsy report from previous surgery, it would be helpful...
The MRI films of dorsal spine, not the reports would also give clue to how is the disease process at present....
treatment: Well if its TB, and biopsy proven TB, then better to continue Anti-tb drugs / medicine...
