Dr ny ct chest ka bola uss me lung lesion diagnose hua... Phr biopsy hui... Yeh reports hain dekh k bta dyn koi zyada serious issue to ni hai... Aur iska treatment kia hoga operate yah chemotherapy..?

I am afraid this looks serious. I think we should assume the primary lesion to be in lung with brain and liver metastasis. In this case the oncologist would advise chemotherapy and not radiation.
patient should undergone PET scan followed by chemotherapy... biopsy is inconclusive.. possible need to repeat or to re histopathological consult... whatever it is it need chemotherapy
brain lesion will resolve with chemo or if it causing brain pressure then may need surgery... all depends on patient condition
